are we alone in the universe?
due to the vastness of the universe as a whole., it would seem to be unwise to assert that the human race, or for that matter all life on earth , are the only living creatures in this galaxy let alone the universe. so i say with certainty that there is life out in outer space and that aliens exist. however do to the vast distances between our sun to other stars we may never meet an alien life form. for that matter would we want to meet an alien? the technology required to travel those distances is well beyond our capabilities. therefore any alien life form would see us as little more than a primitive culture barely more intelligent than the primates who still swing in the trees. as for how they would deal with us could be pity or enslavement maybe even a simple extermination and colonization. as for sharing technology, that would be not much more than a fairy tale. the whole premise could be compared to giving a retarded child a loaded weapon.
