I replaced a ledger nano a month back, for the exact same reason.... screen not working anymore .... I replaced it with the same model, just becouse I bought a bunch of them way back and have them as reserve. ... I do use trezor as well, but that one is more BTC focused ... ergo less used, and it is still in great condition
