Yea it depends how much is powered up, but also from the virtual hive supply, that includes the hbd that in theory can be converted to hive. This makes the virtual supply dependent on the hive price, and

If you have your payouts set as 100% HP, the numbers are wrong. You have basicly half from what is shown. I'll corect this in the next reports

Well the limit is the debt .... 30% of hive market cap

The available HBD supply is close to 10M HBD.... the 30M HBD includes the 20M that are in the DHF and those are not available.
