We have a challenge in America. This is from my frame of mind. I feel it is not fully racial, not fully discrimination, it is called not taking responsibility for one's life. Making excuses is easy to do when you are down on your luck, families are not families any longer and you do not have structure within households. People's role models are rap artists who fabricate a life of drugs, guns, abuse of women and spending money by any means necessary. These people are ruining kids, as they are exposed to this way of thinking and it becomes their goals early on in life. They aspire to be drug dealers and killers.
Police are being singled out, are there bad ones, of course no one is denying that but they have a tough job and are very skittish now with media attention, guns in people's possession that should not own them and they fear for their lives.
Snoop and The Game took a step in the right direction to show the country there are real ways to handle this current problem with the police, hit it head on, show the youth, the country, that we can work as one, and solve the problems that exist between the people and the police by engagement in apositive way. Talk about the issues and educate the communities, as well as introduce the officers to the kids so they are once again role models not feared.
I feel we need family structure back, parents who are truly parenting the kids. We need artists to take ownership in the music content and admit it is causing harm with the youth of today not being able to understand the difference between pretend and real life. We need trouble makers to step down, such as Black Lives Matter, KKK, Jesse Jackson, anyone who likes to start and fuel already tense situations and we we really need to for our citizens to own their lives and strive for realistic goals that don't involve propagating violence.
