Cool stuff! I like them all! One thing about the Book of Summoning - it could potentially be triggered on turn 1 if you play the Book, unlock a mana, and then replace the Book with another 1 cost relic

Well inflation is handled handled by the basic tax, right? "Basic tax - just basic tax 5% Basic tax from 1-20%. The President can use it to reduce SIM inflation." The other SIX tax categories

If that's really from just 25 packs then you have some astounding luck! I've opened 49 Untamed packs (almost all of them with Legendary and Alchemy potions) and have 1 Legendary, 7 Epics, and 9 Gold foils.

I would try running Bring it On / Shield in a Control deck. Use it mid to late game to block your opponents creatures and keep yours safe for a turn or two. As for Thariel's Scale, I'm not too sure about

Look at the Sanctum while it's your opponent's turn so you know what's in there. Try to think a couple of turns ahead for which one you might want to get so that when it's time you can grab it an play
