Nice read, thank you sir! Had to smile once again. And I never smile...

It still contains caffeine but it reduces that habit of drinking coffee all day. I like the taste, maybe with a little sugar or honey. We sold a lemonade made from it for a while but Europe isn't ready

That sounds horrible. Stay strong, you can do it. I'm down to 3 cups a day. Try a cup of Guayusa, it works smoother and longer than coffee does.

The light on those fences...

I'm sure Ecuador will be in your word cloud too. 3 of my posts are about it, but I did not post so much at all. But yes, it still plays a big role in my mind.

Other provinces might be feared by the military action. From here it looks like a war against indigenes. There are not many news about it in Germany, just some travel warning. Ecuador bad, Galapagos good.

It makes me sad to read what happened in the last weeks. Still thank you for the first-hand information.

Exactly. This is much deeper than everything else I know and tested. 20 years and it still feels like changing me every day, just a little. And there are more layers than both of us have seen. My journey

Wow, that's impressive. I'm not so far into it but good to see what is possible with the right tools.

Wow, that made me travel back in time. I experiences it nearly 20 years ago in the same area. We harvested and cooked the brew ourselves. We also prepared our bodies with Guayusa and eating almost nothing
