Golos 0.14.2 Modified Source Code for Compiling on Windows x64

As I have promissed here is the source code of the latest Golos 0.14.2 for Golos.io modified by me so that it can be compiled on Windows with Visual Studio 2013. I have already released compiled binaries that you can download below and directly use if that is what you need, they are compiled from this exact modified source code. The modifications are based on some work done by @bitcube and @alphabeta for the Steem source code to be compiled on Windows. @alphabeta is maintaining a GitHub repository with the latest source code for Steemit that can be compiled on Windows with VS2013.

The modified source code includes the latest patch regarding mining that was recently introduced to fix an issue with mining performance, it also comes with the modified secp256k1 code from @bitcube that improves performance on Windows. If you need help compiling the code with VS2013 on Windows platform (64-bit only) you can check the excellent guide from bitcube.
