The reward pool is defined as 100% of the SBD paid on this payout to the author.
The reward pool is shared between all the users that guess the correct witness who builds the 20 millionth block and follows the sweepstake rules below.
Payout by SBD transfers to Steemit user accounts within 7 days of the 20 Millionth block happening
If no users selects the actual Witness who builds the 20th Million Block, I will roll it forward and do a sweepstake at the next significant milestone and then failing that I will find a good cause in a developing country through contacts at STACH or STEEMPH tags to donate to them each, a gift of 50% of the reward pool described above.
