So in the start menu, run cmd first.

In the startrun menu type cmd. In the popup window type google.com t there is space after google.com. Then wait for a 34 minutes and end it with ctrlc. You will see your ping and packet loss this way.

Have you tried other online games? Wireless can look perfectly fine while surfing the web, but playing online games is a completely different thing. How much is your packet loss? Did you test it?
