Let me know how it turned out! It has a specific taste because of the beetroot, so for many it can be a "love it" or "hate it" kind of a vibe. Make sure you make mămăligă to eat it

Yes borscht is an ingredient in itself, a sort of sour fermented water from the wheat brans. This is what gives the special taste to the soup. Thank you for stopping by!
