The cooldown period will only be active in Survival Mode Thanks for the update, didn't know this. Wasn't this the entire purpose of Survival Mode in the first place as a way to make cards more scarce.

Good point, it should also be much easier to instantly check the KE, replacing the worthless reputation score with it would be a good start and easy to change. Also again, delegation/leases should count
