今天下午在总部召开了第三季度正能量新进成员分享会议和365毕业颁奖会议仪式！幸运的是我也是新进成员分享的一员；作为新进人员去分享也是抱着学习的心态来聆听的，应为在365毕业表彰会上那些“师哥，师姐”们的总结分享的确很准确表达自己的感受和感悟相当的精彩！同时也给我带来了更大的动力，他们的“抛砖引玉”让我在今后的写作上有更好的启发。f

已经有快2年，从这家店开业到现在我都是一直来此，每个月都来“报道”～“发如雪美发店”刚开业的时候生意不怎么可观人流量很少，如今去需要排队等候；但是我去过第一次后觉得老板在剪头发的时候很认真很用心手艺不错人又实在话不多但是都会每次来都会唠两句，从刚开始我一个人在此剪头到媳妇也去小孩也去，如今还办的有卡，媳妇还在这做了头发。只有基本功扎实，为人踏实，以及对行业热爱有上进心乐于学习，就会成功！w

今天用班前会时间与晚班家人一起练习了队列，一方面是有几位新加入的家人他们的队列动作不是很标准，看到别的兄弟姐妹在班前会的动作和自己的相比，能看出他们自己都有些“尴尬”，为了起到统一标准；另一方面也是对其他老家人们的练习及检阅，提升大家的精，气，神，调整好状态，准备进入“工作模式”！V 现在人们的生活水平都提高了，大夏天的出门都是开车，晚上睡觉也都必须开空调，白天也不想出门，在加强缺乏锻炼，这样身体排毒（出汗）

今天技术部群里通知各店需要添加几部相对评分高的电影，方便客人观赏。我们这项工作会定期进行，是的我们不但在房间里可以唱歌，还能看电影，夏天的时候还能在房间里约着朋友喝着啤酒看“世界杯”等等，这些服务都是为了更好的满足客人的需求，为了更好的行业发展就是需要不断创新，提高增值服务，才能使客人满意，我相信以后还会有更多为客人提供便利的服务项目，但是最重要的还是“服务第一”！U
