So about 30 days in you and your new C. sativa plants should know each other. Remember the rule. Fish poop only, so no need to add nutrients at all just omnivorous organic fish food and gold fish. And off course sufficient lighting.
With a day/night light cycle of 18:6 the plants think it's mid summer and the days are long. The grow very fast especially if they are happy.
These leaves are like the plants' solar panels and absorbs the light spectrum I introduce. In this case it is a LED unit specifically designed to make these babies happy.
