Would it be possible to purchase STEEM and have it automatically vest (converted to Steem-Power) without the new owner manually clicking the power up button? Say you wanted to sell some STEEM to someone and they pinky promised not to dump immediatly. well instead of relying on the promise, you could simply Sell STEEM but they would BUY Steem-Power.
In other words, would it be possible for an exchange or third party vender to sell STEEM and send it to the buyers' wallet AS vesting STEEM directly?
Does the codebase allow for such a thing?
