Leo is the token that's based around the Leo Finance community here, one of the first 3 major original sub communities on hive and hive engine years ago. It's now called In Leo but primarily does finance, crypto and related topics. They've expanded in recent months to do anything people want but they are trying to make their own version of Twitter here, with a similar concept of the "everything" app that Elon has.

It's now the second most important community besides Hive itself, with Splinterlands coming in 3rd. It's a good community for sure!
