No, I didn't have problems there. I just didn't have enough subscribers and watch hours to get monetized there. Youtubers from there are still monetized now. They just use non sanctioned banks to withdraw

Yeah, that part is also hard. Anything crazy can happen. That's why most of youtubers prefer to talk only about non controversial topics. Even though they don't know when they gonna break a rule or another.
