What I feel and know tell me what is true;
I'll be here and now, it's all I can do.
When I feel resistance, I let it go,
in the sea of life, I go with the flow.
Never have I ran, not one for chasing,
trust what my heart is communicating.
I have no fear of the existential,
never felt death was that consequential.
Knowing that I care, there's no misgiving,
when all's said and done, know I died living.
The depths don't scare me, been through many storms;
Weathered the hurricanes that my mind forms.
Peace and balance are my natural states;
Sturdy walls and I manage my own gates.
Anchored in truth and knowing that we're whole,
all I see is the mirror of my soul.
