The best feature you can build for any Hive app? Making someone forget they're using a blockchain. The tech should be invisible. Nobody opens Youtube thinking Wow! HTTP requests and HLS are so cool.

It's terrible. A platform where everyone's a creator with no audience isn't a platform, it's a circle jerk. Post rewards are inflation - we're printing money to pay creators while bringing in zero outside

We have like 500 creators all making content for each other and pretending there's an audience. It's just us, liking each other's posts, hoping someone from the outside shows up eventually.

Running VIMM taught me that users will tolerate bugs, slow features, even downtime. But confusing UX? Instant death. Nobody's going to spend 20 minutes figuring out how to do something that takes 2 clicks
