I think your initiative was a long time coming from somebody and Victor struck a nerve in a good way to be able to address some of the issues that Hive has in general but also as it relates to the vision and artistry that goes into 'Photography' and not just 'picture taking'! Thanks for this opportunity and for the care and concern to improve things all around or to initiate some positive practices that will be driven by our photographers on Hive leading by example.
