It's pretty rare but it happens. It's actually happened twice this year already. We're going into a solar maximum, meaning aurora activity over the next couple years is going to increase, so it should

People were getting shots of it from all over the state, even down south. I had friends in New Mexico and Texas getting photos of it.

Looking forward to see more Paul! Welcome back!

We stole the ball for a few shots from some kids playing nearby, haha.

Long exposure to capture the amazing aurora display this week and happened to capture some light trails from a passing car. Definitely going to make post for this photo soon.

Been out of town for work and just saw this, thanks! Here's a submission for this week.

My entry for this week. Awesome conditions at Horseshoe Bend.

Thanks @holoz0r! There's definitely a tricky balance that goes into it, especially when it comes to dancers, because most of their posing can't be held for a long period of time

Thanks for the feature! Much appreciated!

Thanks Wes!

Here's my entry for the next round

@gunnarheilmann That shot is dope, well done!

Nice work!

These are great! 👌

Thank you! I will sometimes remove the rig in Photoshop, in fact the first set of sunset photos I did, but when the shots are wider it looks a bit off, and clearly photoshopped. I want the images to look

Morning Light in the Gorge

Thanks for the pick and congrats everyone! Here's a new one for this week.

Yep, pretty small scale, but will take most of this year to complete filming.

Thanks! It's a documentary about a trail runner training for a 50 and 100 mile race.

Thanks Nicole! Just a little wind is always nice, a lot of wind and it gets a bit dangerous, haha.
