Shopping for My Favorite Beans (Your Veggie Shopping). [Eng. / Esp.]

Greetings dear community, Happy start of the Week 馃
On this day I join again the challenge of our dear friend 
I love almost all legumes, not only they are rich but it has a lot of benefit for our health, but my favorites are black beans, although when I was a child I loved more the red ones, I clearly remember that my mother used to prepare both, especially on weekends and to her they were so tender and thick that one always wanted to repeat.
Beans have been my companion throughout my life, but there was a time when due to illness I could only eat vegetable protein and beans and other legumes were a fundamental part of my diet.
Now at home we usually eat beans at least two or three times a week and black beans are the ones I like to prepare the most, I make them seasoned, I love to put a lot of garlic, Sweet Pepper, Onion and freshly ground Black Pepper, I also add oregano, something you can not miss is a sweet touch that I give with a little Piloncillo, and also some spicy, I love that they are thick and very soft, well almost like my mom made them 馃槏.
To make my purchases of beans I do not give many turns, I usually go directly to my favorite supermarket because almost certainly I will find there the brand that I like, in this if I'm usually picky because if there is not the one I'm looking for I do not risk using another brand, for me the best is pantera, and with her I stay hahahaha.
Well in this supermarket there is half an aisle just for the different beans and as almost always happens to me, I got the ones I was looking for, plus there were the beans that weigh 900 grams and those of 450 grams, I usually buy a variety of 450 grams.
I took my Black and Red Beans, they cost me respectively, 1.50 and 1.89 dollars, always the red ones are a little more expensive, I paid a total of 124.45 bolivars, which in dollars would be 3.39.
I usually make half and store what I have left in a cool place, in the same bag, making sure to seal them tightly!
Well my dear friends so far my shopping, as always I have enjoyed it very much 馃槉

Saludos querida comunidad, Feliz comienzo de Semana 馃
En este d铆a me uno nuevamente al desaf铆o de nuestra querida amiga
Amo casi todas las leguminosas, no solo son ricas sino que tiene mucho beneficio para nuestra salud, pero mis preferidas son los frijoles negros, aunque cuando era ni帽a amaba m谩s los rojos, recuerdo claramente que mi madre sol铆a preparar los dos, sobre todo los fines de semana y a ella les quedaban tan tiernos y espesitos que uno siempre quer铆a repetir.
Los frijoles han sido mi acompa帽ante durante toda la vida, pero hubo una 茅poca en que por enfermedad solo pod铆a consumir prote铆na vegetal y los frijoles y otras legumbres fueron parte fundamental en mi alimentaci贸n.
Ahora en casa solemos consumir frijoles por lo menos dos o tres veces a la semana y los frijoles negros son los que m谩s me gusta preparar, los hago ali帽aditos, me encanta ponerle mucho ajo, Aj铆 Dulce, Cebolla y Pimienta Negra reci茅n molida, adem谩s de agregarle or茅gano, algo que no les puede faltar es un toque dulce que se lo doy con un poco de Piloncillo, y tambi茅n algo de Picante, me encanta que queden espesos y muy blanditos, bueno casi igual como los hac铆a mi mam谩 馃槏
Para hacer mis compras de Frijoles no doy muchas vueltas, suelo ir directamente a mi automercado preferido porque casi seguro que voy a encontrar all铆 la marca que me gusta, en esto si suelo ser exigente porque si no est谩 la que estoy buscando no me arriesgo a usar otra marca, para m铆 la mejor es pantera, y con ella me quedo jajajaja.
Bueno en este automercado hay medio pasillo solo para los diferentes granos y como casi siempre me pasa, consegu铆 los que estaba buscando, adem谩s hab铆an los frijoles que pesan 900 Gramos y los de 450 Gramos, normalmente compro variedad de 450 gramos.
Tome mis Frijoles Negros y Rojos, me costaron respectivamente, 1,50 y 1,89 d贸lares, siempre los rojos son un poco m谩s costosos, pague un total de 124,45 bol铆vares, que en d贸lares ser铆an 3,39.
Normalmente hago la mitad y guardo lo que me queda en un lugar fresco, en su misma bolsa, eso si, me aseguro de cerrarlos muy bien!
