I personally think this is a terrible idea... There's lots of DEC out there... but there's lots of uses for it and a finite amount of cards... As many have said: Add players and this issue goes away...

That's a great overview - I also toss my spare DEC/HIVE into DEC:SPS and HIVE:SPS. I earn a % and also can withdraw it whenever I need the DEC/HIVE for something!
