I disagree with this because they are doing it across every single "Art Contest" on HIVE. There are tons of artists who don't win but submit content... it's the same crowd at the top, repeatedly.

Haha, yeah it got a little up there :) The solution for this particular issue is: Stop giving out packs to people who don't even have Spellbooks! Curation Team needs to be aware for peoples HIVE activity

I would also agree there is value to content they are creating. I would also agree that if an artist is able to survive by work they create and produce on HIVE that would be amazing and should be showcased!

Thanks Tarazkp, I hate that it is happening because I love the Art Contest :( In a perfect world, even if 10%... 20% was staked... that would make me feel better about things... but since 100% of the HP
