First actual advice in this thread. Understand financial stability matters but your earning potential is higher in your 30s than your 20s and your opportunities to meet a partner (and also date a lot so that you know what you want in a partner) drop precipitously in your 30s. And you’ll regret having been responsible when suddenly all your friends have real jobs and kids and mortgages.
