I decided to go play some soccer with a group of my friends today. There area deadliest where we live so we went over there and join I on some games that are always going on down there for the most part.

I went to the gym today and worked out a little bit. I did a little bit of everything. I lifted some weights and did some cardio on the treadmill. I was glad to get back to the gym and work out some muscle

I decided to go to the gym today and lift weights. I generally prefer to do more cardio type things but today I wanted to switch it up a little for a change of pace. It was good to get some lifting in

I went for a short bike ride today at the park near my house. They have a few trails that are pretty good for bike riding that I enjoy going to every now and the. If the weather is nice, like it was today.
