Steemit #proposal - Create a draft zone in back-office

I think that would be a very good enhancement to create a draft zone for posts. It will able the users to have all working posts in steemit to facilitate their work in the platform and in every device.

Could be developed in various stages:

1. Create a new page named "drafts", in this page we should have all unpublished posts
2. Create folders to organize different subjects
3. Create a open api to able other aplications to integrate with the draft zone

I think that these function it will be very helpful and productive for all of us.
