Yes, i know lots about these. And this is the way the do most city water. That big water tank you see is at a certain height above the houses to provide a certain amount of pressure. But, i am too tired

Yes, very much so. Although the saddest story i heard was the man finally got his daughter back, and she died shortly after. She wasn't able to recover from the trauma of the CPS.
