Thanks. I think we've now had a good number of really quality members who originally got up and running in 6 months or so like you have. Its become a well worn path so maybe we should make it into a road.

Sounds reasonable. I am wary of adding a regular (bi-monthly?) management overhead though when our membership intakes are often more sparse than that.

I like the idea of a fixed 6 or 12 month term for a scholarship (just like the real ones) but it might make more sense to line up reviews with the membership posts / intakes.
