I never paid attention to the badges, so it's no big deal for me. The only reason I sometimes delay (usually 5-7 days) is because of tax filing. It helps me keep things organized in case I ever get audited

I think for the most part it is not worth it. You're speculating on new players careers now, and older well rated PSA, and BGS. Graded cards are pretty stinking expensive.
