RE: High-Power Journey: From 2,300 to 9,000 Hive and What’s Next

RE: High-Power Journey: From 2,300 to 9,000 Hive and What’s Next
Honestly, I think it’s just a minor case of knee bursitis. I figured I was still young enough to jump into some basketball, played three games, went home, and then noticed my knee was swollen and really

Nope, not grand-grand-grandparents! I don't, but I did grow up with multiple great grandparents when I was child and into my 20s.

RE: Hive Power Up Day - August, 2024
Sometimes we need a break to reenergize, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Zero breaks often lead to burnout, and being burnt out is an awful feeling that can creep into the rest of our lives.

RE: Happy Hive Power Up Day - August 2024
Nice month! I don’t think it’s irrational to keep your head down. There is always the possibility that everything could go belly up, but if you don’t stay steady, the chance of succeeding in the end is

Happy 6 years! That is pretty awesome to stay with something that long. I'll join 6 years in 5 years and 11 months! lol

RE: An Accidental Walk Through Aachen's Eastern Cemetery
In a way, it makes me sad to see all the overgrowth. But I guess after so long, there isn't really anybody to care for it or who really cares about who was there. It's all distant memories, if any at all.

Derpy shitholes is where it is at. That place needs to go. I can only imagine someone falling through the floor or trying to climb on the roof, even with the warnings.

RE: Crop to Cup - Beaver Creek Coffee Estate & Roastery
This looks like a blast! I love coffee, have a fair amount of equipment at home, and spend way too much money on it. But I've never had a chance to tour a coffee farm. This absolutely needs to be added

RE: Springvale Park Disc Golf Course: Denver, CO
I haven't played disc golf in years! I used to play a lot in Texas before I was married, and I still have all my discs, at least 40 in total. Granted, the course I played often had a big, pretty dirty

Intervals are great and doing them once or twice a week is probably more enough. My favorite workout for getting faster were tempo/threshold runs though.

RE: Sick...at least I'm not dead
I'm a teacher of little ones, ages 4-6. I spend the first quarter teaching them to cover their mouths, but it feels like a never-ending task. By the end of the year, most of them are able to do it. The
