You sound like those antifa morons who go around calling people fascists so they feel justified in physically assaulting those people. Also calling BS on your being censored.

Interesting position. Popular information is not always accurate Time limiting the value of receiving votes runs contrary to the concept of providing value through votes (as in, there's LESS motivation

It is truly pathetic that these people are so incapable of accepting alternative viewpoints that they would rather nuke the platform just to be able to spite those that they don't like. People literally

While my grasp of the topic is still in the range of amateur, it wasn't until I researched what went into these AI systems that I came to realize the limitations. The greatest risks from AI come through

From my perspective, most of the hate on steem / steemit / related apps is less about finding alternatives. The main complaint I've encountered is that the bots have become over-powered that effectively

Just a friendly reminder to anyone paying attention. When the success of an organization promising rewards for investment that depends on future investment to cover the costs of earlier investors... that's

This is absurd... that doesn't help the "ecosystem"... It's far closer to repainting a house that's partially collapsed from termite damage and calling it a repair.

And that only addresses the lack of revenue... This proposal is like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound.

LMAO!!! Good job pretending to be smart. Hope that works out for you. Most people use words to their definitions, but I won't stop someone from deluding themselves like you did if you get that offended

Legal experts are fun, they always manage to interpret whatever they want to be true, even while telling you what they want to be true is false. Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes are similar but different.

Your post shows that you were confusing the terms, I was assuming that you were making an honest mistake... This response shows you are being disingenuous.

When the issues bottom line to not enough revenue to sustain the nodes, that's really irrelevant. You know what you call it when you offset losses (or generate revenue) by putting the cost to newcomers?

I'm going to take this in sequence because I've been seeing this theme repeated by so many people that seem lost in this wishful thinking. First off, you've made the erroneous statement that equates

I do understand what decentralization is about... and the issue is nothing to do with it. The circumstance is that a strong foundation was built, then because everyone was benefiting, nobody did anything

I'm sorry, but I see these types of comments everywhere... I get that a lot of people have invested some decent amounts of cash into the platform, and in a sense that can be blinding. This isn't like children

Too little too late... The time to fix the problems with the platform was when the price and confidence was high. The way to restore confidence would require a complete overhaul of most every facet of

Yes, Steemit isn't dying as much as it is being killed by consistently poor decision making by management.

I hadn't thought of it that way, for me the most flagrant issue was that overwhelming benefit of using bots to generate rewards. Started seeing people that were making regular contests have to give them

That's a good question and thanks... Because I'm out of the loop for much of the technical details, best I could answer would be in general terms. Remove bots: rewards going to bot makers are diluting

The idea of paying to access the platform; this is about as short sighted of an idea as anything else the platform owners have decided to do already. So, I won't be surprised. It is something of a laugh
