WFH is suitable for work cultures where people are individual contributors. Individuals who are self motivated and upskill by themselves. Majority of Indian companies are service providers. So there is a dire need for people to come together and learn from each other. Even the fresh talent relies a lot on getting trained by the seniors. So WFH doesn't work in such cultures in the long run.
