Another great analysis. So much to think about in this game. I think the radar in the communication array may be ground radar as well (QL5) (Edit: it is not) Also the arena powersuit has ground radar (QL5)

Yeah the velvet storm with that suit would really make a force to be reconned with but the energy is quite a bit. Also depends on what you want her to do.

Hard to say, so far we really don’t know enough about gameplay to know details... how often does the rebel card get missions and how long do they last (I just got my 4th one by the way, so I’m fully upgraded
