to be fair ive not tried that... i'll have to look into it. ive not had toooooo much luck with onions either... but it think THAT was a bad crop. the long red summer ones go well though

thats it, i didn't want to kill the good bugs by putting pesticides, so plants attractant flowers and added real ones... see how we go. lol

its getting too hot for much of my produce here in brisbane. (and the storms are wiping a bit too) but i need to start thinking about replanting some of the varieties i have. Have you tried French sorrel?

Yellow pear are totally delicious. the only simple solution to no snakes in this area is to up and move the the south of France :-) They are simply everywhere, having a garden with chickens does not help

oh wow, that looks amazing. could never do that here with the snakes... lol. did i spot a yellow pear tomato in there!!! they are my total favorite tomato. Happy gardening! BLINGIT

thanks so much, yes the yellow pear are delicious, the red fig are the same shape and just as delicious in my opinion, its like the sister tomato to the yellow pear. if you have not tried them you should.

Yeah, there have been a few nasty snakes on the street. i think i saw a red bellied black in the garden late last year. and next doors dog got one last month. just lots of browns everywhere. All the neighbours
