Oh wow...yeah that is so cool ... chris and i stayed up till like 1am one night watching a documentary on soil mycelium. so fascinating. As you say why deep tilling the soil and spray is just so bad.

yeah.... its not something we eat... but they grow like weeds. hopefully the broccoli take over the pot. (to be fair that is my plan) the raddish will be gone in a few weeks leaving space for the broccoli

yeah its a chicken palace... i tried to tell husband to reduce the size... he didn't... lol but hopefully it will serve the purpose.... the chickens will have a bit of roam room... :-) thanks for stopping

Yes, its a good idea different varieties to mature at different times. will be doing this with tomatos :-) Can't wait for cucumber season here again good luck, keep us posted
