I live in Slovenia, some kinds of oyster mushrooms grow around here, I also don't pick many mushrooms because I'm never sure if safe. I know a few common ones.. That's why I decided to "plant"

Mint is so useful and aromatic, I love it. 😌🍀 But when cooking with it be careful not to add too much of it, as it's so aromatic it can quickly overtake the taste. Mint is also very decorative plant.

I got the spores from a friend and I grew them in straw bail. Thank you 😊

Oh yes, this cake is very nutritious kind of rustic. I found out in an old recipe book that proso millet can be used in a cake and I'm amazed.
