Actually, the winners are not repeated over and over again. Believe it or not, there are actual winners of the PCH. You can even watch them as they live-stream going to the winners' homes and surprising them. I play PCH and I get their products. I may never win, despite playing for over 30 years, but I definitely like the high-quality products I've gotten. :-)
