说起凌晨班大哥，值班的时候很有责任心，每天上线如果有他值班时发现的“问题”会第一时间给我交接也包括客人找物品或定房间等，还会把大厅，一楼洗手间卫生进行处理，还包括给白班保安部打水，应为白班保安部需要顶着大太阳把车场整体卫生进行清扫，完毕后能喝一口水，这也是保安部兄弟们一直保持和对流程的改进。工作就是这样，部门相互理解协作，才会使工作开展的更加顺利，整个部门会整体进步，同时也增进了自己的团队协作能力！L

上个月孙豪兄弟上白班，也时常协助顶替楼层工作，以前他也是外场出身所以工作也就是“得心应手”，月底的时候他主动找我说：“现在楼层兄弟忙不过来，我可以支援一段时间外场。”听完以后感觉他非常有责任心，自己愿意主动调岗，把工作做到极致，这就是他的工作态度。经过报备商议后就决定，10月份暂调他到外场岗位。像这样有意识，把工作当成自己的“事业”来做考虑全面的家人是值得我们学习和赞扬的，也反映出我们团队的“力量”！B

今天技术部群里通知各店需要添加几部相对评分高的电影，方便客人观赏。我们这项工作会定期进行，是的我们不但在房间里可以唱歌，还能看电影，夏天的时候还能在房间里约着朋友喝着啤酒看“世界杯”等等，这些服务都是为了更好的满足客人的需求，为了更好的行业发展就是需要不断创新，提高增值服务，才能使客人满意，我相信以后还会有更多为客人提供便利的服务项目，但是最重要的还是“服务第一”！I

下午媳妇和我还有几个朋友一起去了一趟游泳馆，我的游泳技术很是一般，我们比赛了游泳速度，潜水时间，同时也交流了一些自己总结的经验和一些常识；最重要的是今天给媳妇也教会了游泳，她还有点小激动，但是她的换气还需要加强锻炼。感觉今天很充实，借着休假的时间做一些平时计划但没落实的事情。同时也和朋友之间增进了友谊。O

这几天媳妇每天都是早上6点起床，然后去驾校练车，平时在家里自己学习科目一的试题，有的时候一些图标或者一些交警手势等等不明白为什么就会问我，知道的我都会直接解释回答，不是太明白的我也会搜索查看，也填充了自己的“科目一”；虽然以前也学习过但是时间长了就忘记了，这些理论知识也是经过实践证明后自己才感悟更深，理解更透。就像上学时老师让我们背诵文言文等理解意思就会背诵更快，“事半功倍！”t

晚上全成兄弟强烈邀请白班家人到521房间，兄弟们都很是热情，祝福也是源源不断，大家唱着生日歌曲，拍着手，吃着蛋糕，气氛很是活跃。其实像这样的场景也有很多，有的兄弟姐妹们过生日由于离家较远没有回家过生日，而是选择了到店里，这也能感受到“家”的感觉，大家都很开心都很热情，聊聊工作聊聊生活，同时也增进了感情。O
