Today was my day off from my medical office.
I started my day off having coffee with my wife, then I scooted off to work.
I had an appointment this morning and then I was back to my computer for the morning.
In the afternoon I enjoyed our wonderful spring day and did some work on the yard.
This evening my grandson and daughter came over for dinner.
All in all it was a good activity day and I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
