I think it is a good strategy and I treasure SPS above everything in Splinterlands. I wished Land would have been more powerful in the game ecosystem, but I guess it needs more development to prove itself.

ETH is yet to shine, but as big funds and institution will understand the crypto space more and more they will see the value that Ethereum offers. And that will push it higher and higher...

Probably they will be forced to do so, but I believe only part of the workforce will survive. New blockchain tech, automation and AI will make the space need less "managers".
