I think these are available also on some government sites. I usually track the moves from social media like X or aggregators that publish them (some require subscriptions).

As an experiment, I've bought $PYPL after a politician disclosure. And there is some buzz saying they have a $53 Billion acquisition offer. Maybe that's not a bad strategy after all. 😊 Upside $41 ->
