RE: What is Mindful Selfishness? - Why you need it & How to practice it
I think if I had any disagreement it would mostly be about the label of "selfishness" which often has a negative sort of definition. Maybe you could call it Mindful Self Love instead? I thought

RE: Surrender - A Dreamy Freewrite about Losing Control and Letting Go
Wise words. If you know you've already done the best you can, it's better to let things fall into place and not try to control everything :)

Indeed. True healing only begins once you accept that you need it. Thank you for the curation :)

RE: How To Spot A Scam - The Time I Dodged a Pyramid Scheme Offer
Oh man, that sounds horrible. It sucks to see how our friends get fooled into shit like this. What's worse is that they're so fixated on it that you can't get them to quit. I haven't spoken to that friend

RE: Is there anyone out there who would help judge or guest judge the IFC?
I would gladly volunteer if I weren't a participant lol! Good luck though! I hope you find some great unbiased judges.

RE: Who do you think the most underappreciated author on Steem is?
There are a lot but one of 'em is gotta be @apolymask. I haven't seen a more honest, down-to-earth, and incredibly good conversationalist on Steem. He is also the host of a contest series called the @IFC

RE: Be Interested In Other People - The Secret To Building Connection and Compassion
You do indeed interact with a lot of people. You're one of the very few people I've seen on Steem that leave valuable comments like this one. I highly appreciate that about you. I think why people listen

RE: A quick rant on hypocrisy in relation to some truth/liberty people.
Ugh! I hate that too. So often I see people addressing their opinions as facts. They believe everything they say to be true and it's so damn annoying. Like, do your research ffs!

You can kinda blame the "incredibly delayed update" lol. Looks like everyone has been busy lately, haha!

RE: The Lie We're Told About Passion and Purpose
Sounds like you were the hyperactive kind, haha! I used to imagine the same and I've had my share of little accidents when performance stunts on my bike as a kid. On the bright side, it made some awesome

RE: It never ends
I feel like I could say a lot of these things about myself. I have a very bad habit of holding on to that perfect ideal, may it be about a person or event or anything in general, and being disappointed

RE: Understanding Loneliness and Why Being a Little Lonely Is Important
So well put. Loneliness drives you into needing someone close, but if you learn and train yourself how to be content alone, at least for a little while, it gets easier to entertain yourself.
