We played some online chess these days, so we both agreed to create a model of a "king". I found a tutorial, but it wasn't detailed so I had to explain some things to Steve.
It took him 2h30m to create this low poly model. I'm proud that he had enough patience! The hardest part was explaining the light and trying to adjust the scene, but after all we are both happy with the results. He learned many things and we had a lot of fun!
Creating this chess piece was not a challenge for me, yet it took me an hour, because I wanted to make the material similar to porcelain.
