RE: Mad Magazine still making money off my work LOL
hahaha, if only he had known earlier. :p as far as leaving, it was just a better use of my time doing my own work than dealing with the frustrating situation over there.

Could be that one took you a minute because it wasn't written first as a cartoon. Some jokes defiantly only work in a stand up bit, some only in a cartoon. This one may have been more instandly clear when

thanks for the heads up on this book. wonderful inking, and nice to see some imaginative page layouts and use of the art medium's ability to tell a story in a unique way!

RE: Chicago Comic con and the Comedic Compass
That's interesting, though not uplifting haha. This was in Chicago which was locked down pretty hard for longer than many states here, so I did/do wonder about the vibe in other parts of the US

RE: Chicago Comic con and the Comedic Compass
It's always seemed like on Hive people are more shy about interacting (at least that has been my experience) I'd call music a different animal as far as that's concerned, and if you have 48 bans decide

RE: Doctor Strange through the years
missed this blog until now, somehow :/ Dr.Strange always seemed to be a character the Marvel could never fully commit to (in the comics). There was also a brief period were he worn a mask...kinda like

RE: Breaking down a 1950s Comic by Jack Cole
Yeah, it was the golden age of comics...and for some, the golden age of clip art lol. You should dig up those annuals, I'd be interested to see what they are and what kind of advertisements you got on

RE: what makes these historical comics / what I'm doing with them
yeah, I've seen some stuff along those lines, ironing, pressing, removing stains or tape residue. apparently there are businesses that do "restorations", whatever that means. That cover I have

RE: Moon Knight a product of urban legend and the mandela affect

RE: Comic book cover art, old school vs new school and when it changed
"do people still care about stories" ...THAT is a question that could take up a whole other blog. I'd say it yes, of course...but are people getting comic books for stories might be the question

RE: Nebula: Next Big Investment Character?
solid advice here, I'm surprised that the 1st appearance of Nebula is still by and large overlooked. Having read those stories and knew off her before GOTG came out, I was pretty mortified at them turning

thanks! Maybe one of these days I should put out some b/w files for people to try their hand at coloring my work. Yeah, I think I'll do that. ...stay tuned I guess
