As a practicing lawyer with 30 years experience I find your attitude very disturbing.

The fundamental principles of the legal system are that:

1. people are innocent until proven guilty;
2. people making claims against other people need to have solid evidence;
3. justice is conducted in the open, transparently.

The entire approach of Hivewatchers is opposite to this and is very problematic.

You are openly admitting to adopting a guilty until proven innocent approach, refusing to make evidence public and jumping to conclusions based on limited and insufficient evidence.

This is anthetical to principles of fairness, natural justice, procedural fairness.
