Can you tell me what is going on here?

I went to the bank and got a box of these at face value.
I haven't opened them yet because I agree with the 100 to 1 reset ratio.
The plan was to stash them away and wait for the reset.
But, if they are selling for 4x today, reselling them now might be a way to get more overall.

What I am wondering is, are these coins actually selling at these prices?
One can ask whatever, but the customer will only pay what they are willing to pay.
Finding the customers is the hard part.

My second question would be, what do you think the odds are that a new seller could do the same?
