I have a plan! I made my Steemit goals and even I don't know yet exactly how, I'm going to reach it!
I joined Steemit on Monday 29th of August 2016. That's exactly 39 days ago. (I have an Excel sheet to calculate this. I'm not that smart.😉)
In those past 39 days:
All of that, to be honest, very shallow activity, brought me 89 followers! - Thank you very much all!
In my case, that means approximately 2.28 followers per day.
Here is the plan!
1) I'm going to post 10x more than I did it by now. Meaning, instead of 4 posts per month (or approximately one per week), I will post 40 articles in next month what is 1.33 post per day. In other words, 10 days I would have to publish 2 articles per day while remaining 20 days I may publish just one per day.
2) I would also have to raise the number of my votes (curations) per day and instead 2 votes per day (1.95 vote according to above current stats) I would vote 20 times per day.
3) Almost the same applies to comments. Instead 2 comments per day (1.69 according to the current stats) I would have to find 20 interesting articles per day and leave comments there.
What do you think, can I do that? - I believe I can!
To reach the amount of 300 followers I would need to increase the number of new daily followers from 2 (2.28) to about 7 per day for next 30 days. That's almost 3.5x more and no matter how those numbers may look small it's not easy at all. But, if I'm going to increase my daily activity 10x, expecting that my follower growth would follow with 35% it doesn't seem so unattainable. What do you think?

My current Steem Power is 23.186, but that's not the real power I earned by myself.

@patelincho) by their own initiative. (How it happened, I'll explain under my 3rd goal).My daily average author reward currently is 0.217 Steem Power, while my daily average curation reward is total zero. In other words, as it seems by now, I can only rely on my articles and comments.
Here is the plan!
Besides multiplying my activity 10x as I described in my 1st goal reaching plan which would, as I assume, increase 10x my Steem Power too, I'm going to use every single STEEM I would earn to Power Up.
Very optimistically speaking, that may raise my Steem Power additional 10x what would be in that case scenario 20x altogether.
But, I would still miss one more 10x push to reach my goal of 30x increasements. Where I'm going to find this final push, I honestly don't know. That's something I'll have to figure out on the way.
As well, I still don't know how many things around here correlate among each other, same as I don't know what exactly impacts what - this final push would be for sure the whole new adventure with lots of surprises. (I'm hoping for the good ones.) 😉
This is really a tough one, and I'll explain why.
About one month ago my vote was worth $ 0.00015. - Not very empowering! 😉
As you can see, I was 2 decimal places far away from only one lousy cent.

At first, you might say even with my shallow activity in past period, I managed to raise my vote worth 10x and move it forward one decimal place closer to that lousy one cent, but that's not quite true.
Maybe some of you would remember, I was in certain voting/curating glitch period (still don't know why) when I was not able to vote. I mentioned that by pure accident and without any intention in a comment under the 
By pure luck, that single mention caught the attention of some great people around here (I already mentioned above) who donated me some Steem Power and even some Steem to help me get out of that glitch and be able to vote again!
I believe these donations made a positive impact on my Voting Worth as well. Very likely the big one!
Regarding this 3rd goal, I don't have some specific action plan other than already listed under first two goals, especially because I don't have a single clue what are the factors that impact the Voting Worth of an account or even less in which proportion. That's why I find this goal as an extra tough one.
On the other hand, it's also most intriguing one cause I find Voting Worth the most powerful thing around here as the only by which you can help others to grow and earn some money.
Being just one of Paedocyprises (the smallest fish in the world) in this Steemit sea, I know it's hard to make some impact even less some significant change. But, looking at it from the brighter side a whole shoal of Paedocypris fishes like me, I believe can do something.
