There will be no "bills..."  Add free energy and the point to accounting for Our energy added into the system (the foundational function of money) is removed.  100% of the cost of everything is energy - the resources sit here freely, but it takes energy to put them into useful configuration.

It will be about 10 years, I estimate, from the time We get the free energy tech out in the open to the time when it's more energy than it's worth to collect the penny for [whatever].
