Unless that RWA launch raises several $100,000s , they don't have the existing capital to reach the 6,000,000 much less 10,000,000. The price response curve is an exponential function, unless they negotiate

For people with assets outside of Hive, it's likely more efficient to just purchase directly, for those who want SURGE and LSTR. For recreational investors it's likely more efficient to stay on Hive-Engine
