The Card
Today's card is Dhampir Stalker. A Chaos Legion Death card. Now, I haven't really used this one, but it looks promising in fights where ur opponent's Tank is fast or just dodges every attack. Dealing 3 True Strike (never misses) damage each round would put it in the Best DPS category, but the Mana Cost is its biggest downside. 5 HP for a ranged-attack Monster is on the higher end, and it would explain the mana cost.
I'd say its usage should be considered carefully and it's best used in fight with higher Mana Cap.
